From February 26th to March 1st, the Voluntary Vehicle Verification Program took place, an initiative aimed at improving air quality in the region. This effort brought together key individuals and participants committed to environmental responsibility and sustainability.
Among the distinguished guests present at the inauguration were Liz Haydee Vargas Martínez, Manager of Legal Compliance, Víctor Manuel García Durán, Human Resources Manager of FAMA, Juan Salvador Farias Garza, CEO of Fama, Armandina Valdez, Director of the Air Quality Agency, Julio Martínez and Juan Pablo from the Institute for Environmental Protection, along with Horacio Martínez, Director of the Institute for Environmental Protection, and Ricardo Martínez, Communication Manager at Vitro.
This event marked the second edition of the Voluntary Verification Program held at FAMA, underscoring the company’s continued commitment to environmental stewardship. By actively participating in activities aimed at improving air quality, Vitro contributes to the Comprehensive Strategic Air Quality Management Program (PIGECA) in Nuevo León.
