Sharing Best Practices: FAMA Hosts the EHS Committee

At FAMA, we had the honor of hosting the latest meeting of the Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Committee of the Tooling Cluster. During this valuable session, we welcomed representatives from various companies within the cluster to share experiences focused on strengthening a culture of safety, occupational health, and sustainability in the industry.

As part of the agenda, FAMA gave a presentation highlighting some of the best practices we have implemented in EHS, aimed at continuous improvement and the well-being of our team. Attendees then toured our facilities and operational areas, gaining first-hand insight into how we apply these practices in our daily operations.

These kinds of meetings are essential to fostering collaborative learning and raising the standard of excellence across companies in the sector. They also help identify areas for improvement and promote a culture of prevention and comprehensive care that benefits both organizations and their teams. Direct interaction among cluster members enriches the exchange of ideas and strengthens cooperative relationships.

Events like this not only encourage knowledge-sharing but also build strong alliances between companies that are committed to responsible growth. Through open dialogue and mutual learning, we can face industry challenges with greater innovation and unity.

We are proud to be an active part of an ecosystem committed to responsible and safe operations. We sincerely thank the Tooling Cluster for the invitation and for choosing FAMA as the host location for this meeting. We also extend our gratitude to all participants for their interest, collaboration, and continued efforts to raise industry standards together.
